TEDxTeen is a biannual conference held in London and New York. Live speakers and interactive sponsorship booths encourage discussion and connection between attendees.
Each event brings 500 attendees.
I have overseen THINK's sponsorship booths from conception through the day of the event for 6 years. One of my favorite booths was our take on an airport lounge. Attendees showed their boarding pass, that we created, before entering, and checked in on our iPad, while we spoke to them about THINK. One of my favorite features was our departure board, listing all of our locations around the globe. I managed our team of contractors and designers during the production phase of our apparel and other marketing items. I also worked with our local vendors to rent furniture and AV equipment to build our lounge. Each year I would setup and run the booth in both New York and London to ensure a smooth run and also good interaction with attendees.
While inside our departure lounge, attendees could charge up their devices using charing hubs, and were entertained by videos about THINK, as well as an on screen trivia game with questions relating to travel.
We created a Photo Booth where attendees could use our travel themed props in their photos to share on social media.
